What does a video cost?
At 5 seconds, the length Create starts on, a video costs 5.75 credits in 480p, or 12.5 in HD (768p); at 8, 10 and 15 seconds, 8.75, 10.5 and 15 in 480p, 19.5, 24 and 35.5 in HD. Turning a 480p video of 5 seconds into HD costs 12 more and keeps its prompt and take. Both can go on Explore. A video that fails on our side is refunded. One refused by our content rules is refunded too, unless refusals repeat within 24 hours: from the second, a video refused once made is charged in full.
What is Bankai v1?
Our video engine. From your one-line idea, it writes the full prompt (shots, light, sound) in the look you pick, anime of any era or live action, then makes the video. Start from words alone, or from one of your images.
What does a credit buy?
Every creation shows its price before you start. An image usually takes 1.25 credits. A new character costs 1 credit. Creations that fail are refunded; videos refused again and again are the exception (see “What does a video cost?”).
Do unused credits roll over?
Plan credits refill at each renewal and last until the next one. Extra and free credits last 3 months. We always spend the credits that expire first.
Can I buy credits without a plan?
Extra credits come with a plan: once you're on one, add them anytime from this page or your balance.
Can I change or cancel my plan?
Anytime, from this page or your settings. Moving up starts the new plan today: a full month with all its credits, and the credits you had stay until they expire. Moving down waits for the renewal. If you cancel, your plan runs until the end of the month you paid for. After that, the credits you still have stay yours until they expire: you can keep creating, one at a time.
What does the commercial license cover?
While you're on Pro or Studio, you may use what you create for commercial purposes: prints, merch, thumbnails, games, client work. Images made during your plan keep that right after you cancel; images made after it ends, even with credits left, are for personal use. You stay responsible for not reproducing characters, logos or trademarks that belong to others.
